Title: CTO Co-Founder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our startup as a co-founder. The CTO co-founder will be responsible for the development of the company's technological strategy, managing the technical team, and ensuring that the company's products are at the forefront of technological innovation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest technological trends and be able to lead the technical team in building scalable and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's technological strategy in collaboration with other co-founders and stakeholders.
Manage and lead the technical team in developing high-quality products and solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and identify opportunities for the company to innovate and differentiate itself in the market.
Manage the company's technical infrastructure, including the development and maintenance of the company's software and hardware systems.
Ensure that the company's technical solutions are scalable and sustainable, and that they meet the needs of the company's customers and users.
Collaborate with other co-founders and stakeholders to develop the company's business strategy and align the technological strategy with the company's overall goals.
Establish and maintain partnerships with other companies and organizations to support the company's technological development.
Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing technical team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful technological strategies.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing technical team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other co-founders and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of software development, cloud computing, and other relevant technical domains.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies and practices.
Experience with fundraising and investor relations is a plus.

Equity compensation:

As a CTO co-founder, you will be offered equity compensation in the form of shares or options. The amount of equity offered will depend on several factors, such as your level of experience, the stage of the company, and the amount of capital raised. Equity compensation will be subject to a vesting schedule and other terms and conditions, which will be specified in the co-founder agreement.
