Security Practice Lead – CISO

The position of CISO will breakdown and simplify complex technologies into comprehensive terms, evangelize cross-functional solutions, and identify strategic partnership opportunities. You will lead the security practice strategy of In Balance IT.

Our goal is to help our clients and prospects determine the correct security and governance strategies for their business needs. Your duties will include:

Assisting our clients to create, execute, and track strategic, reliable corporate data security. As well as the infrastructure for IT risk control.
Assist our clients to promote risk assesment and risk control procedures.
The ability to present and sell Security Solutions to Corporate Executives in large Organizations.
The ability to understand and communicate relevant disciplines. To ensure that policies and guidelines are implemented consistently across all software, systems, and facilities programs.
Having experience with the top vendors and publishers in security space and the ability to build relationships with these partners.
Having experience working with security managed service partners and implementing secure offerings to our customer base.

Finally, you will help our customers design and build modern, highly available and highly secure IT environments.

We are looking for a seasoned pro with extensive technical experience in security, data governance, and business continuity/disaster management.
