We are looking for computer science grads (undergrad or grad) who will help develop, troubleshoot, and maintain a tier-1 supply chain software in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) used by the likes of Google, Pepsi, Proctor & Gamble, and Nissan to name a few. A successful candidate will have less than two years of professional experience, have strong determination, creative problem solving, grit, and a proven can and will-do attitude. You will be mentored by expert product development and consultants to ensure success in both technical and functional domains.

Responsibilities

Develop new functionalities of the WMS software
Assist Customer Support in solving technical issues such as performance, configuration, and/or software bugs clients may have raised
Develop, test, and deploy software modifications requested by clients
Troubleshoot root cause issues and domain - Azure cloud environment, WMS application, and/or on-premise environment(s)
Understand configuration changes and, when possible, solve issues without changing the code

Qualifications

Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Computer Science
Average GPA >= B+
Excellent quantitative and qualitative reasoning
Good moral character
Willing to work with global teams to achieve the goal
Willing to travel globally as required
Working knowledge of Java, C, C++, SQL, Python, and Scripting
Nice to have: RPA (Robotic Process Automation - e.g., UiPath), MOCA languages
Nice to have: Consistently competed at a national/international level competition for sports, music, performing arts, math, science, and/or any high-level competition
Nice to have: worked on ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) projects
