We are a fast-paced and rapidly evolving tech startup seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical skills, leadership experience, and a strong background in legal & high-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive information security program to protect the organization's assets, including the development of policies, procedures, and standards.
Ensure that information security risks are identified, evaluated, and reported in a timely manner, and that mitigation strategies are implemented as necessary.
Work closely with senior management and business units to ensure that information security is integrated into the organization's overall risk management framework.
Lead the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Stay current on new security threats, trends, and technologies and incorporate best practices into the organization's security program.
Lead the management of third-party security assessments and audits.
Develop and manage the information security budget and resource allocation.
Foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security.
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of information security best practices, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A drive, determination, and passion to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving tech startup.
