We are looking for a technical leader who has a deep computer science and software engineering background. You have spent time building and scaling software at tech-focused companies, where you are seen as the go-to technical leader by your peers. You enjoy building and shipping best-in-class software that solves important problems for your customers.

Strong software-oriented background/acumen, preferably with OT cybersecurity experience
Demonstrated technical leadership experience
Experience hiring and building world-class technology teams
Experience with building and launching high-quality products from ideation to iteration
BS in CS or other related fields

What You’ll Do

Oversee all aspects of engineering including leading technology strategy, execution, people management, sourcing and recruiting
On an average day you’ll work with our product manager and a handful of other engineers to build full-stack features, improvements, and products
Leverage the latest development trends and technology to ensure Ceritas is the highest possible quality and highly competitive
Solve challenges in architecture, performance, scalability, optimization and more
Lay the foundation for the engineering organization by co-creating guidelines and frameworks in the years ahead

5+ years of experience leading teams of engineers
10+ years of experience as full stack engineer or manager

Desire to both manage teams as well as roll up your sleeves and contribute to our codebase
Starting virtual with future ability to commute to a Boston/Cambridge or Washington DC office 2+ days per week.
