Canyon County, Idaho. Second largest county in Idaho by population. Canyon County is one of the world's largest producers of vegetable seeds, sweet corn seed, and many other agricultural commodities. It is home to a rapidly growing viticulture and winery industry. It also is a rapidly growing urban area due to it's favorable cost-of-living and high quality of life as a gateway to Idaho's vast recreational opportunities.
